This tea and toast set is uniquely shaped in antique style. Its 5 ounce pedestal cup fits perfectly on the concaved 8 1/4" tray, perfectly sized for a serving of cake, cookies, or toast. Scalloped edges on both the cup and plate give a yesteryear effect. The pastel powder blue color combined with a contrasting gold accent is delicate and definately an eye-catcher at parties. The Sevres blue is hand-painted as is the 24 kt gold trim. Handle with care. This set should not be put in the dishwasher or microwave.
